Heres what you need to know before applying: /p p Your key responsibilities will include: /p ul li Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where you team feel welcomed and supported /li li Being a responsible key holder /li li Using the till, taking order and receiving payments /li li Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary /li li Producing weekly rotas following the managers guidelines /li li Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels /li li Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are pro-active at all times /li li Complying with Food Handling Hygiene standards /li li Complying with Health Safety regulations /li /ul p Our ideal Retail Supervisor will: /p ul li Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment /li li Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment /li li Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety /li li Customer service focused /li li Team player and can-do attitude /li li Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene /li li Self-motivated and able to use own initiative /li li Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude /li /ul p About Us /p p As part of Compass youll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
