Cleaning Supervisor - Peterhead Energy Sector | Peterhead | Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our Energy sector team at a busy site in Peterhead . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team to deliver outstanding cleaning and housekeeping standards within a fast-paced operational environment. Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Allocate daily tasks and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently. Carry out quality audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required. Produce weekly rotas in line with operational requirements. Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning consumables and equipment. Support with administrative duties, reporting and associated compliance paperwork. Ensure all team members adhere to Health & Safety policies and site procedures. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service. Previous experience supervising cleaning or frontline teams within a similar environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. A positive, flexible and customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices.
