Kitchen Porter - The Role Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll help ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, safe and ready to deliver great food and service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and surrounding working areas. Support the kitchen team with general cleaning and housekeeping duties. Ensure all health and safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times. Follow correct food handling, COSHH, manual handling, PPE and fire safety procedures.
