Salary: 55000 per annum Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5/7 mostly Mon to Fri Location: Nottingham, NG24 2NH Key responsibilities: Lead the full site operation across the caf , restaurant, hospitality, and vending services, delivering a high-quality customer experience for approximately 200 daily covers. Oversee front and back of house teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day service, operational efficiency, and consistent standards. Manage the performance, development, and rota planning of a team of 21 colleagues, creating a positive and high-performing culture. Drive commercial performance through effective management of labour, food costs, stock control, budgets, and sales opportunities. Build strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded and identifying opportunities to enhance the catering offer.
