Mobile Cleaning Supervisor - Birmingham We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to team members where required. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, COSHH regulations, and company policies at all times. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting stock requirements and ensuring resources are used efficiently. Complete relevant records, audits, and reports, ensuring operational standards are consistently met across the site. Our Ideal Cleaning Supervisor Will Have previous cleaning supervisory experience, ideally within a commercial, facilities management, hospitality, or 14Forty environment. Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards. Have a good understanding of health and safety practices, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Be organised, reliable, and capable of prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
