We're looking for a senior commercial finance partner to lead operations, clients, and leadership across world-class sports and entertainment Levy venues in the North of England and Wales. As Senior Finance Business Partner you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth, strong financial control, and successful mobilisation of new venue contracts through insight led decision making and disciplined governance.

Senior Finance Business Partner - The Role
  • Drive commercial performance and data insights.
  • Strengthen financial control and reporting.
  • Lead the finance workstream for new contract mobilisation.
  • Improve systems, processes, and automation.
  • Support delivery of Compass MAP (Management & Performance Reporting) plans.
What we're looking for:
  • A personable self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operators alike.
  • Completed qualifications - AAT, Finance Degree or QBE.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills with experience using Power BI and SAP.
  • The flexibility to travel and work across different locations as required - car allowance provided.
  • Strong management accounting experience.
  • Experience with financial systems / ERP implementations.
  • Excellent commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management capability.

  • Experience in hospitality, events, stadium, or multi-site environments.
  • Previous mobilisation or project-based finance experience.
  • Knowledge of contract finance and commercial terms.
  • Full UK driving license.
