Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator 31-33k DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to join the Events team at Rocket Food.

This role is central to the successful delivery of events, supporting the recruitment, scheduling and development of a high-performing front-of-house workforce.

Working closely with the Events, Operations and People & Culture teams, you will help ensure staffing operations are efficient, accurate and compliant across a busy and varied events calendar.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and a genuine interest in people development.

  • Staffing, Recruitment & Development
  • Support recruitment planning and delivery in line with the annual events cycle
  • Coordinate regular onboarding and training sessions with People & Culture
  • Identify staff strengths and support balanced deployment across events
  • Act as a first point of contact for front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support
  • Event Staffing Operations
  • Manage event staffing bookings using the scheduling system
  • Produce accurate staffing schedules, timesheets and security lists
  • Ensure staff sign-in procedures and presentation standards are maintained
  • Support event managers with on-site staff performance monitoring
  • Payroll, Reporting & Administration
  • Ensure timesheets are returned, checked and processed accurately and on time
  • Support payroll processing and monitor staffing-related expenses
  • Maintain staffing systems in line with forecasts and operational requirements
  • Collate event feedback to support continuous improvement
