We're looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Canary Wharf.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (great work-life balance - no weekends!)

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while contributing to menu development and team leadership.
