We're a business that puts people and performance at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow across the UK healthcare sector, we're looking for a commercially driven and experienced General Manager to take the lead at Queen Square, London, overseeing a Healthcare Soft FM contract.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) service - including cleaning, catering, portering, security, and retail operations.
- Ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance across a busy, high-profile clinical environment.
- Drive performance across all soft FM services, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, optimise costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow revenue.
- Ensure all services meet contractual SLAs and KPIs, working collaboratively with NHS partners and key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a diverse team, including direct reports and frontline colleagues.
- Build strong, positive relationships with hospital leadership, clients, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven Soft FM management experience (ideally within healthcare or a similar sector).
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
