We are seeking a talented and reliable Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a high-profile international financial institution in Canary Wharf. This is a busy, multi-faceted hospitality operation delivering à la carte/set menu, daily sandwiches and working breakfasts plus evening events!
Everything is freshly prepared in-house using high-quality ingredients, within a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a professional, supportive team environment!
- Running your own section confidently in a busy hospitality kitchen
- Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes daily
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Previous experience in hospitality or contract catering is required. Good pastry knowledge is a strong advantage. Excellent knife skills and solid food knowledge are essential. A flexible, team-focused attitude is necessary - happy to 'jump on wherever needed'.
