Conference & Events Sales Executive to maximise venue revenue by converting enquiries into bookings while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, manage enquiries across multiple channels, maintain accurate CRM data, and develop a strong understanding of forecasts, competitor activity, and venue performance.

With exceptional product knowledge and a passion for creating memorable event experiences, you'll play a key role in driving the venue's commercial success.

  • C&E Sales Executive- The Role
  • To maximise revenue for the Venue through effective and efficient Conference & Event enquiry handling.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through the achievement of set key performance indicators.
  • Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling.
  • To deliver outstanding and consistent customer service across the phone, online 3rd party and email enquiries.
  • To be inquisitive about forecasts, budgets and pace reporting and build knowledge to help drive overall strategy of the business.
  • Accuracy of information in CRM, load all enquiries, report any shortcomings in online profiles.

Aligned to this is a keen interest and thirst for knowledge of competitor options through research, questioning and recording all data to help shape our overall strategy.

  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge - fulfil on site meetings in the Venue, growing knowledge of the Venue, cascading new developments to colleagues and build an accurate picture of the Venue offer.
