Kitchen Administrator - Kia Oval, London | Full-Time / Permanent £31,000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Kitchen Administrator to carry out all general administrative tasks and organise the day-to-day running of the Chefs' office at The Kia Oval - iconic international cricket ground and home to Surrey County Cricket Club since 1845. As Kitchen Administrator, you will play an integral part in our busy culinary team ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class service to the internal customer base and all customers within the venue.

Kitchen Administrator - The role

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Chef's Office.
  • Support stock control processes, including stocktakes, ordering, and goods receipt records.
  • Manage daily kitchen orders and procurement using internal systems.
  • Create and maintain recipe cards, costing documentation, and photo specifications.
  • Process invoices, maintain accurate records, and support financial administration.
  • Prepare and maintain allergen information, event documentation, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.
