This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing a small close-knit team, delivering impeccable hospitality and service standards to high-end clientele. The role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can confidently liaise with VIP guests and stakeholders, and is comfortable managing last-minute requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day hospitality operation
- Leading a small team including waitstaff and kitchen brigade
- Delivering seamless, high-end service for private clients and dinners of up to 18 guests
- Handling last-minute requests and ensuring service excellence at all times
- Building strong relationships with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with other managers and departments during an ongoing refurbishment project
