ESS Defence is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality accommodation, catering, housekeeping, bar, and hospitality services within a busy military environment.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hospitality provision, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.

You'll lead and develop a dedicated team, build strong relationships with military stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.
