We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our hospitality team in Manchester.

Working within a high-quality contract catering environment, you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal food for hospitality events, meetings, conferences, and VIP dining, while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your designated kitchen section during service.
  • Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes for hospitality functions and corporate dining.
  • Supporting the delivery of conferences, meetings, events, and VIP hospitality.
  • Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
  • Assisting with stock control, food ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Supporting junior chefs and helping maintain a positive and organised kitchen environment.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or contract catering.
  • A passion for producing high-quality food with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive, team-focused approach and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable.
