We are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations at UCL Campus and wider estate.

Location: UCL Campus London

Rate of pay: Β£55,000 - Β£60,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with flexibility as required by the contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Account Director with full accountability and responsibility for leading the teams to ensure we deliver client needs within the contract SOP.
  • This position sits in our senior leadership team for the contract and involves managing 4 General Managers and looking after 42 units.
  • To represent the company in a positive and professional manner, internally and externally to ensure the integrity and credibility is always upheld.
  • Analyse statistics and trends to advise Managers on improvements and (in conjunction with the senior team) to create strategy for the operation.
  • Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with clients to review SLA delivery.
  • Review client SLAs to identify where priority should be given to creating targets for the weekly operation to ensure we meet our clients' expectations.
  • Build positive working relations with client and team. Share information with the Account Director / Snr Team regarding success, concerns, and any issues from operations.
