You will inspire and develop your team while driving innovation, efficiency, and consistency across the catering offer. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team. Plan and deliver high-quality, fresh food menus that meet client and customer expectations. Manage food production, stock control, ordering, and waste reduction. Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and health
