We are seeking a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie to join our large, well-established catering team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a structured, professional environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality meals.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in line with service and Company standards.
- Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times.
- Support senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
- Assist with stock control, food rotation, and effective allergen management.
- Work efficiently across all shift patterns to ensure smooth service delivery.
Proven experience in a similar role (Chef de Partie or equivalent) is required, along with a genuine passion for great food and delivering quality service. Candidates should be flexible, reliable, and able to work both early and late shifts.
