As Executive Chef Manager, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and high-quality catering service. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Leading and managing the day-to-day kitchen and catering operation Preparing and delivering high-quality, fresh and nutritious food Planning and preparing varied menus suitable for a sixth-form environment Leading, motivating, training and developing the kitchen team Managing food ordering, deliveries, stock control, stock rotation and storage Managing food costs, budgets and wastage Maintaining high standards of Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and Health
