ROLE PURPOSE The Kitchen Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Nourish kitchen at the EICC.

This position is responsible for managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting procurement and stock control activities, processing invoices, coordinating supplier communications, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while supporting chefs, kitchen managers, suppliers, and the wider operations team.
