Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment for your team. Allocate daily tasks and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently. Carry out quality audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required. Produce weekly rotas in line with operational requirements. Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning consumables and equipment. Act as a responsible key holder when required.
