Preparing fresh, high-quality hot lunches for around 40-50 customers daily. Developing an exciting deli offer including baguettes, paninis and wraps. Ordering food, coffee bar supplies and retail stock. Managing food production, waste and menu planning to maximise quality and minimise waste. Building strong relationships with your client and delivering excellent customer service. Providing occasional hospitality for meetings and events.
