How to prepare for a job interview at ESS
✨Showcase Your Cleaning Skills
During the interview, be ready to share specific cleaning techniques you've mastered. Whether it’s using particular cleaning equipment or efficient methods for different spaces, showing that you know your trade will help you stand out to ESS.
✨Discuss Flexibility and Availability
Since this is a part-time role, make sure to emphasise your flexibility in managing work hours. Companies like ESS that may require weekend or evening shifts will appreciate your willingness to adapt.
