Do you have experience managing labour schedules, time and attendance processes, and workforce compliance in a fast-paced operational environment? We're looking for a Labour Planning & T&A Compliance Manager to join our Healthcare business. Working closely with operational managers, finance teams, HR, and labour optimisation colleagues, you'll play a key role in delivering effective workforce planning and labour compliance. While primarily based at Addenbrooke's Hospital, you will also be expected to travel to other sites to provide support, guidance, and oversight as required. Creating and maintaining workforce rotas up to four weeks in advance. Monitoring labour costs, overtime, agency usage, and workforce efficiency. Managing and reconciling time and attendance records to ensure payroll accuracy. Overseeing holiday planning and workforce coverage across departments. Producing workforce, labour, and compliance reports for operational and finance teams. Ensuring compliance with working time regulations, payroll procedures, and company policies. Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, compliance, and labour performance. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders to drive operational success. Experience in workforce planning, labour scheduling, time and attendance, or workforce administration. Excellent Microsoft Excel and administrative skills. Knowledge of workforce compliance, payroll processes, and working time regulations.
