Lead a Busy Costa Store in a Dynamic Hospital Environment
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Addenbrookes Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well-known brand in a fast-paced, high-footfall setting where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store's overall performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Costa store
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods
- Managing stock, minimising waste, and maintaining strong cost controls
- Completing weekly admin, reporting, and operational tasks
- Acting as the key decision-maker on site, resolving issues proactively
- Maintaining a safe, compliant environment in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
- Driving engagement and creating a positive team culture
What we're looking for:
- A passionate leader with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- A confident decision-maker who uses initiative and remains calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, and committed with a strong work ethic
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and hands-on approach
