You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading from the front and supporting the smooth and efficient running of the caf operation. You'll step up in the Manager's absence, maintain consistently high standards, and confidently handle challenges as they arise. What you'll be doing as a Caf Supervisor: Complete opening and closing checks and ensure all service areas are set to the required standard Keep the caf , front of house and service areas clean, organised and welcoming Support staff rotas, stock control, deliveries and waste management Lead, motivate and delegate effectively to the caf team Support the day-to-day operation and assist with administration and problem-solving Take responsibility for the operation in the Manager's absence Maintain brand standards, product knowledge and compliance with health
