The Role

As the face of our coffee bar, you will

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, beverages and light food offerings
  • Deliver a warm, professional and engaging service to colleagues and guests
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
  • Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are consistently met
  • Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver a seamless service
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal and monthly coffee specials

About You

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous Barista, front-of-house or customer service experience
  • Is passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Is professional, personable and impeccably presented
  • Communicates confidently and builds positive relationships with customers
  • Thrives in a busy environment and remains calm under pressure
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Has latte art skills - this would be a significant advantage, although further development can be provided for the right candidate
