Contract: 16-hour weekly guaranteed minimum. Working across venues that have a 7 day a week operation.
We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic Baristas to join our fantastic, busy catering team at RHS Garden Wisley on a flexible, zero-hour basis. As a Barista, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly team who all have the same goal - to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors. RHS Garden Wisley covers 240 acres and is open all year round. There are multiple food outlets on site, ranging from a restaurant to cafés.
A successful Barista will play a key front-of-house role, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every visitor. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining clean and inviting service areas, while ensuring all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently upheld.

Shifts: Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.
