We're looking for a Assistant Beverage Manager to support with leading bar operations across Horse Racing Ireland venues.
You will work across some of Ireland's biggest race-day events at Leopardstown, Fairyhouse and The Curragh Racecourses.
As Assistant Beverage Manager you will deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
You'll play a key role in driving service standards, managing teams, controlling stock and costs, and ensuring full compliance across all race-day and event operations.
