Location: Covering sites across Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Southern London surrounding areas, mileage expenses covered
Rate of Pay: 39,000 - 40,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Predominately Monday - Friday but flexibility required, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support across multiple sites, stepping in where needed - from leading kitchens to offering practical support during busy periods
- Demonstrate strong people management, motivating and supporting teams to deliver consistently high standards
- Adapt quickly to different environments, being reactive and solutions-focused across varied sites and challenges
- Manage time efficiently to balance priorities across multiple locations and demands
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, acting as a professional ambassador when client engagement is required
- Support sites with differing needs - from counter service operations to large-scale, high-volume production environments
- Maintain and drive high food and service standards across all locations
- Bring a strong understanding of food, innovation, and current trends to enhance menus and customer experience
- Champion and promote the Gather & Gather brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Requirement: Due to multi-site requirements, driving licence and vehicle is essential
