We\’re looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Manager to head up a prestigious hospitality site within a major professional services HQ near Marylebone Station. This is a rare opportunity to shape a hospitality experience from the ground up – combining leadership, client engagement, and premium service delivery in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
What You\’ll Be Leading
- A vibrant caf serving over 1,200 coffees daily
- A bustling restaurant with 600+ covers for breakfast and lunch
- VIP meeting room hospitality with white-glove service
- An exclusive 6th-floor terrace hosting after-hours events
- A professional front-of-house & reception team ensuring seamless guest arrival and client support
Your Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership, forecasting and financial reporting
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team
- Champion a five-star service culture across all outlets
- Ensure a front-of-house experience that reflects the client\’s premium brand
- Oversee event planning and delivery
- Be proactive, solutions-focused, and unflappable under pressure
Who You Are
- Experienced in contract catering, luxury F&B, or complex hospitality operations
- Financially astute, commercially aware, and client-focused
- A confident leader who thrives on building strong teams and lasting relationships
Monday to Friday, with occasional evening events. Based just moments from Marylebone Station.
