As an Account Director, you will be a key partner to our clients, driving strategy, program development, and financial management while fostering a culture of excellence in service. This role oversees all culinary, caf, hospitality, events, vending, and guest service operations. You will lead a talented team of 120 Associates, ensuring exceptional service across our operations in London and Edinburgh. Managing client relationships and maintaining financial targets will be crucial, as will developing strategic plans and conducting research to inform key business decisions.
