Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role located in Leeds at ESS Security Ltd. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair of security systems. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, conducting system maintenance, and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Technical certification or training in relevant fields
