We are ESS Security Ltd, an NSI Gold accredited company, with over 30 years experience in the Security sector, providing support to both domestic and commercial clients. We specialise in the installation and maintenance of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems and we are looking to recruit an Installation Engineer to join our experienced team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, including a fault finding and troubleshooting background.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems within the fire and security industry such as Fire Alarm & Detection Systems, Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV and Access Control.
- Flexibility with regards to working overtime and some working away.
- Inclusion within an on-call working rota, working 1 in 8 weeks.
- Ability to work on own initiative but also be a team player in the support of others when needed.
- Effective communication with the client and management team.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met and all relevant worksheets are completed accurately and promptly, adhering to guidelines and regulations of professional bodies the company subscribes to.
Full clean driving licence essential.

- Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm (4.30pm Friday).
