Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Joiner role based in Airdrie. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various joinery tasks, including construction, installation, and finishing work. Duties include using carpentry skills to work on framing, fitting, and finishing tasks, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring all work adheres to high safety and quality standards. Collaboration with team members and other trades to complete projects on time and within scope will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry, including experience with construction and repair tasks
- Skillful use of Power Tools and Hand Tools for various joinery tasks
- Experience with Framing and Finish Carpentry
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to construction environments
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance is advantageous
