We have a large construction company looking for an Administrator position in the New Carlisle, IN area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services to the safety team in accordance with applicable organization policies and practices, referring to Safety Manager as appropriate.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, typing, managing communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements, looking after visitors, and supporting reception and telephone duties.
  • Assist the site team in making improvements and implementing required changes.
  • Coordinate with external agencies regarding health and safety matters.
  • Prepare and present reports as required, on a monthly basis or as needed.
  • Achieve personal targets and assist the team in reaching their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to your work.
  • Report problems or failures impacting the organization or clients immediately to the Safety Manager.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the team and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with construction safety or working on a construction site is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Must be local to the New Carlisle, IN area.
