LOCATION: Bradley Stoke- BS32 Area

SALARY: £26,000- £27,000 depending on experience

PERMANENT WORKING HOURS: 37.5, Monday- Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm

Our client, an independent property consultancy firm, is seeking a Practice Administrator to support a small friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis with the main duties of the role being:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
  • Managing Practice correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events.
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial, and legal information.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events.
  • Ensuring all health and safety, as well as company procedures are followed at all times.
  • Organising workshops, lectures, and training sessions to ensure CPD records are kept up to date.
  • Completing any relevant professional training as required.

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following:

  • Minimum of Grade C in Maths & English GCSE is required.
  • Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position.
  • Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets.
