Vacancy β Part Time Receptionist
We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our client. You will work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 09.30 β 14.30.
Key responsibilities:
β’ Reception and administration
β’ General admin support
Reception Duties:
β’ Primary point of contact for visitors β this will involve a variety of tasks including answering the telephone, taking messages, managing deliveries and dealing with any enquiries.
β’ Ensure correct visitor procedures are followed.
β’ Maintenance of Reception space
Administrative support:
β’ Assist Administrator with IT and Health and Safety as required
β’ Communication with external agencies
β’ General printing and photocopying
β’ Management of the approved contractor list
β’ Order stationery and other supplies on request.
β’ Room bookings and meeting coordination
Safeguarding:
β’ Work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance
β’ Engage fully with the health and safety requirements
Training and Development:
β’ Complete all Statutory and company training when required
β’ Value personal professional development
β’ Engage positively in induction, probation, and performance management processes
β’ Complete all required and requested tasks in a timely manner and / or by specific deadlines.
