Duties: Oversee and manage the development of electron beam welding projects to ensure optimal quality and efficiency. Providing guidance, training, and support as needed (once trained). Collaborate with customer’s design and engineering teams to develop innovative electron beam welding solutions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and maintain equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
