ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Chef to deliver high quality meals for Defence clients on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare and serve food that brightens clients' days while upholding hygiene and brand standards across security‑critical environments.
The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, has a Food Hygiene certificate, experience supervising a team, and a flexible approach.
