ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services in Swindon is recruiting a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) to create exceptional food experiences for Defence clients. You will prepare and serve high-quality dishes, oversee menu changes, and help drive new concepts while upholding strict hygiene standards and brand image.
The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have experience supervising a team, and possess a Food Hygiene certificate.
