We are looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will join a team that takes real pride in what they do, in their food and in people. As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.
Here’s an idea of what your shift patterns will be: 5 out of 7 days. Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
- Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
