ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is recruiting a Chef for Defence projects in the United Kingdom. The role is full-time, contracted to 35 hours per week, with shifts 5 days out of 7.
You will prepare high-quality food, lead menu changes, and help drive improvement across our catering services for defence sites. The ideal candidate has formal Chef qualifications, food hygiene certification, and experience supervising a team within a similar chef role.
