Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of building systems including furniture, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Monitor plant, equipment, and building services
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Support installations, upgrades, and minor project works
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with H&S standards
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Provide support to facilities department to ensure contract delivery
About You
- Experience in FM, building services, or maintenance engineering
- Knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, and controls
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable, organised, and team-focused
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent technical qualification
- Full UK driving Licence (Essential)
- IOSH Working safely or equivalent Health & Safety Qualification (Preferred)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operational Technical Services Lead to oversee technical building services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of M&E, HVAC, and BMS services across multiple sites
- Manage PPM and reactive maintenance
- Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance
- Oversee engineering teams and contractors
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance
- Act as key contact for clients and stakeholders
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Assist with lifecycle planning and capital replacement programs
- Provide technical guidance during project works and minor upgrades.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and improvements
About You
- Experience in FM or technical services
- Strong M&E, HVAC, and compliance knowledge
- Proven team and contractor management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
- IOSH Managing/NEBOSH advantageous
