ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is recruiting a dedicated Chef/Cook (Zero Hours) to support Defence operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. This role focuses on high-quality cooking, menu development, and customer service while maintaining kitchen hygiene and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate, and have experience supervising a kitchen team.
