ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a dedicated Chef/Cook (Zero Hours) to support Defence operations on a permanent casual basis. You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menus, and help maintain food service standards across the site.
Ideal candidates will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, have a Food Hygiene certificate, experience supervising a kitchen team, and a flexible approach to shifts.
