Are you hands‑on, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors? We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team and help keep our grounds clean, safe, and looking their best all year round.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining lawns, hedges, shrubs, and flower beds
- Carrying out grass cutting, weeding, and litter picking
- Operating tools and machinery safely
- Supporting seasonal activities such as planting, leaf clearance, gritting, and snow clearing
- Working to high standards while following health & safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred)
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility for early starts, seasonal overtime, and winter on‑call duties
