Key Responsibilities- Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures.
- Managing the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget.
- Continuously improving the cleaning operation.
- Engaging and managing the Cleaning team effectively.
- Ensuring delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with client service level agreements and company procedures.
- Managing any third‑party suppliers or contractors as required, ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements.
- Have 12 months experience managing a cleaning operation.
- Have proven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making and ‘out of the box’ thinking.
- Be able to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Possess excellent financial management skills, particularly the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and cash flow projections.
- Have analytical and problem‑solving skills and be able to work to time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle (desirable).
