We’re looking for a motivated Chef to join our kitchen team at a high-profile site in Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and enjoys working in a professional, well-structured environment. Working Monday to Friday with no evening or weekend shifts, you’ll play a key role in preparing fresh, delicious food and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality, freshly made dishes across breakfast, lunch, and occasional events
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Take responsibility for stock control, labelling, and waste reduction where required
