Prince William of Gloucester Barracks is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our catering team in a Defence setting. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to service personnel, taking a lead role in daily kitchen operations.
The role requires proven experience in a similar position, relevant culinary qualifications if possible, strong leadership and organisational skills, and flexibility to cover early, mid and late shifts across a 5‑day week.
